Once the quote is accepted and we have a truck scheduled and en route, you will be charged a small deposit based on the total price. You will pay the remaining amount to the driver upon delivery of your vehicle. Exact details will be sent to your email once you submit a quote.

You can place up to 100 lbs of personal items in the vehicle at no additional cost. Please ensure the items are secure. For any additional weight or items, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate with the driver before the vehicle pickup.

After an order is placed, we immediately begin searching our car carrier network to find the best trucker to transport your vehicle. Once assigned, we'll provide you with an estimated pickup time. The trucker will then contact you to confirm all the details well in advance of the scheduled pickup.

While being present is always preferred, we understand that busy schedules can make it challenging. We can arrange for pickup or delivery of the vehicle even when no one is available. We'll need clear instructions for key placement and the exact vehicle drop-off or pickup location. Once the carrier arrives on-site, they will typically email or send you a Bill of Lading (BoL) to sign and accept the pickup or delivery. Please note that the vehicle will not be released until the carrier receives full payment of the agreed amount.

When you place an order, you will receive an estimated transit time for your shipment, giving you a window for when your car will be delivered. Transit times vary based on the distance of the move. Each delivery is unique, so it's possible that your car could arrive sooner than the estimated transit time provided.

Clean your car inside and out, remove personal items, ensure the fuel tank is about a quarter full, disable alarms, and check for any existing damage. Doing these things is not mandatory but will help the shipping process go smoother.
